The NMFC (National Motor Freight Commission) has changed the classification of the Plumbing Commodity to a density ruling. Our freight has been Class 70 for over 30 years. The freight will now be classified by density and can range from Class 77.5 to Class 200. We have worked with our carriers on new FAK’s to limit the price increase.
Since our configurator rates are linked to the carriers pricing, you will notice an increase effective immediately. Naturally, we will hold the freight prices from orders received and jobs quoted before 5/4/18.*
* Our standard policy remains as always, quotes are valid for 30 days and orders to ship within 6 months.
